Purpose and terminology
This policy describes Aldenex’s customer-facing verification and transaction-review framework. The company contact is ADEMEX TECHNOLOGIES LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 15576900, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. “AML” means anti-money laundering, “CTF” means counter-terrorist financing, “KYC” means customer identification and verification, and “Beneficial Owner” means the person ultimately entitled to or controlling the funds.
Checks must reflect applicable requirements, the service and the circumstances. No licence, regulatory registration or exemption is asserted; incorporation is not evidence of any of them. Detailed screening criteria, investigative methods and information whose disclosure is prohibited are not published.
Sign-up and transaction eligibility
The sign-up form requests email and password, with confirmation where required by the authentication flow. It does not collect identity documents. “KYC NOT REQUIRED FOR SIGN-UP” does not mean no verification for deposits, exchanges, withdrawals or subsequent account activity.
A registered account may have an operation unavailable or pending checks. No universal no-KYC allowance, guaranteed approval threshold or right to transact anonymously is offered. Not completing a necessary check can prevent the affected operation from proceeding.
Identity and beneficial ownership
Where necessary and proportionate, information may be requested to establish identity, age, address, beneficial ownership or authority to act. Depending on the reason, this can include an appropriate government-issued identity document, residential evidence or evidence of authority; it is not an automatic requirement to provide every possible document.
Information must be genuine, current and consistent with the account and transaction. Unverifiable or inconsistent information may require clarification. Do not use another person’s identity or conceal the person entitled to funds.
Source and purpose of funds
A review may require an explanation of the transaction’s purpose, how funds were obtained and your entitlement to them. Evidence can include an independently verifiable sending-platform withdrawal record, appropriate wallet-control evidence or relevant source-of-funds records. Source-of-wealth information may be needed when justified by the circumstances.
A public transaction ID, matching amount, shared destination or screenshot alone may be insufficient. Information about others should be limited to what is necessary to establish origin and entitlement. No private key or recovery phrase is an acceptable evidence requirement.
Review of financial operations
Before deposit credit, operations independently checks actual receipt, Network, Asset, destination, amount, relevant transfer event and required finality. The receipt must be attributable to the claimant. Review approval does not replace duplicate protection or permit credit outside the Ledger.
Withdrawals require sufficient Available Balance and an enabled route, followed by manual handling. Recipient or purpose information may be needed. An internal exchange does not remove a restriction on the underlying funds or guarantee that a later withdrawal will be approved.
Restricted activity
Money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, handling stolen assets, sanctions evasion and other unlawful use are prohibited. Do not falsify receipts, bypass review or divide activity to evade applicable checks.
Applicable restrictions must be assessed for relevant persons, locations and activity. A concern may lead to further review while the facts are established. This policy does not represent that an automated sanctions or blockchain-risk scoring provider is integrated into the application.
Evidence submission
A verification request should explain what is needed and how to provide it. Obtain an appropriate secure submission method before sending sensitive documents. The ordinary sign-up form and Telegram link are not document-upload facilities.
Support must not ask for passwords, authentication tokens, wallet keys or recovery phrases. If you doubt a request, contact the published support address independently before responding, even if the message mentions a real transaction.
Pending cases and decisions
Operations may seek clarification, leave a case pending, decline an unsupported instruction or restrict activity for security or applicable legal requirements. Timing depends on evidence, external responses and legal constraints. No fixed approval time or continuous staffing is promised.
An unresolved case does not automatically forfeit assets. Treatment depends on actual receipt, established entitlement, whether a withdrawal was sent and any applicable legal restriction. A return or alternative settlement needs its own lawful and technically supported process; it is not a promise to send to any proposed address.
Disputes, reporting and records
To dispute a request or decision, provide the account and transaction reference, explain the discrepancy and offer relevant new evidence through the agreed channel. Reliable additional information may justify reconsideration. This does not require disclosure of confidential detection rules or information protected by law.
Applicable reporting, preservation and non-disclosure requirements must be followed, and full details may not be disclosed. Review records are subject to the Privacy Policy and lawful retention rules. This policy does not authorise indefinite retention or arbitrary confiscation.
