Applicable amounts
This policy explains existing rules and does not introduce a new tariff. The live Quote and enabled route settings determine amounts for a new operation. Review them immediately before confirmation; old screenshots, market charts and general illustrations are not current offers.
No universal percentage, daily allowance, best-price guarantee or processing deadline is stated. If a necessary price, fee or condition is unclear, stop and ask rather than assume it is zero or unlimited.
Exchange calculation
The server calculates the base cross-rate by dividing the reference price of the Asset you give by the reference price of the Asset you receive, through a common USDT reference. The customer gives FROM and receives TO. A direct pair between them is not required.
Without an enabled exact directional pair override, that rate is multiplied by one plus the FROM sell adjustment divided by 100 and by one plus the TO buy adjustment divided by 100. An enabled exact directional pair override replaces both asset adjustment factors with its single factor; it is not added on top. The final receive amount is subject to rounding.
Adjustments are incorporated in the Quote, not introduced here as a second separate exchange-fee debit. Review the actual receive amount rather than only a headline reference price. This explanation does not change the server formula.
Quote validity
A Quote has limited validity and is checked on execution. An expired, consumed, invalid or incompatible Quote is not a guaranteed price. Relevant settings changes can require a new Quote.
Unavailable reliable prices or disabled directions can prevent exchange. No invented fallback price should be expected. A rejected operation is not a completed exchange and must not be debited as one.
Withdrawal fees
An enabled route has a configured fee and minimum withdrawal amount. Available Balance must cover amount plus fee. Creation reserves their total while processing is pending; it is not two withdrawals.
The route fee does not guarantee an unchanging underlying network cost or authorise an undisclosed extra debit. A rejected or cancelled request releases its amount and fee reservation once. Charges already imposed by an independent service are not part of that release.
Deposits and external charges
The current credit procedure credits the independently verified received amount without a separate platform deposit-fee debit. A sender, network or issuer may impose charges, so the received amount can be below what you instructed another service to send.
If a deposit minimum is shown, clarify requirements before sending below it. The credit procedure does not automatically reject or refund solely because a receipt is below a configured minimum. Small or unsupported receipts still need attribution and review and are not automatically recoverable or spendable.
Precision and residual amounts
Current internal exchange output precision is one decimal place for USDT and five for other catalog Assets, with rounding down. This is operation precision, not blockchain token decimals. Display formatting may differ without changing the recorded execution amount.
Rounding can leave residual balances or reduce receipt relative to an unrounded calculation. Below-precision amounts or balances below a route minimum may be unusable for a new operation. Not every positive balance can immediately be withdrawn.
Other limits and changes
Available Balance, route availability, destination requirements, verification and expiry can also limit operations. No general no-KYC allowance is offered. A pending review restriction is distinct from a numerical minimum.
Settings can change for future requests. Review a fresh Quote and current conditions each time. Completed exchanges keep accepted execution records; changes are not authority to reprice them retrospectively. Existing requests must be handled with appropriate notice under the terms and law.
Queries
If an amount looks wrong, do not confirm. Provide support with the pair or Network, amount and Quote or request reference. For a completed operation, identify the History record and discrepancy without sharing credentials.
