Scope and definitions
These terms describe the Aldenex account service. The company identified for correspondence and legal review is ADEMEX TECHNOLOGIES LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 15576900, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. References to “Aldenex”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the service described here; “you” means the person using the account. Company incorporation alone is not financial-services authorisation.
An “Asset” is a supported cryptoasset. A “Network” is the blockchain and, where applicable, the particular token implementation used for a transfer. A “Quote” is a time-limited server-generated offer of an internal conversion. The “Ledger” is the accounting record of credits, debits and reservations. “Available Balance” is the amount available for a new operation after reservations. A “Request” is a deposit or withdrawal instruction recorded for review, not proof of a blockchain transfer.
Read these terms with the policies linked below. The amounts and enabled route displayed before submission determine that request’s operational parameters, subject to applicable law. Neither a policy nor a catalog listing activates a disabled service. These terms do not offer a bank account, fiat payment account or investment advice.
Eligibility and registration
The service is intended for individuals aged 18 or over who have legal capacity to use it. Your use must be lawful where you reside and access the service. Do not act for an undisclosed third party, misrepresent your identity or location, or evade a restriction. Registration does not establish eligibility for every Asset, Network or transaction.
Registration uses an email address and password, with email confirmation where required by the sign-up flow. The form does not request identity documents. “KYC NOT REQUIRED FOR SIGN-UP” refers only to registration: identity, ownership and source-of-funds evidence may still be required before financial operations proceed. Use an email you control and keep account information accurate.
Account security and instructions
Protect your credentials and recovery email, use a strong unique password and sign out on shared devices. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or an incorrect instruction. Support does not need your password, authentication tokens, wallet signing keys or recovery phrase.
Review the Asset, Network, amount, destination and memo or tag before submitting an instruction. You are responsible for information you provide, but an instruction appearing under your account does not automatically resolve a dispute about unauthorised access. Access may be restricted while a credible security concern is investigated. The outcome must reflect the evidence and applicable legal responsibilities.
Custodial balances
Aldenex maintains centralised account balances. A displayed balance is an internal record, not a separate blockchain wallet controlled by you, and does not give you signing keys. A receiving address may be shared between customers. Creating a request or submitting a transaction identifier does not make an expected deposit spendable.
Verified deposits are credited through the Ledger. Internal exchanges debit one Asset and credit another. Withdrawal requests reserve their amount and fee, reducing Available Balance while processing is pending. A reservation is not a second transfer. Check Available Balance and request status together when reconciling activity.
Access depends on the operator’s custody arrangements and ability to meet withdrawal obligations. A Ledger balance is not proof of reserves, a bank deposit or a promise of interest. These terms do not represent deposit-insurance coverage, compensation entitlement, asset segregation or a particular insolvency priority. Read the Risk Disclosure before committing assets.
Deposits and attribution
Create a deposit request and use only its current approved destination for the exact Asset and Network, including a required memo or tag. Do not substitute a token contract, reuse an address from an old screenshot or send on an unsupported Network. If no verified destination is provided, do not send funds.
Deposits are processed manually after independent verification of receipt, Asset, destination, amount, finality and your entitlement. A public transaction ID, matching amount or shared address alone does not prove ownership. Additional verifiable evidence may be needed. The credited amount is the verified received amount, which can differ from your expected amount because of external charges.
A verified receipt is credited once. Repeating a claim does not create another entitlement. Incorrect, unsupported or disputed transfers may be delayed or unrecoverable; the Deposit & Withdrawal Policy explains the support process.
Quotes and internal exchanges
Quotes are calculated on the server using reference prices and applicable asset adjustments or a configured directional pair override. Cross-rates may use a common USDT reference without a direct market pair. Website illustrations and previews are informational; the Quote for your requested amount specifies execution amounts and expiry.
Check the Asset you give, the Asset you receive, both amounts and the expiry. Execution requires a valid, unused and unexpired Quote, an enabled direction and sufficient Available Balance. Relevant configuration changes can invalidate an unconsumed Quote. If a price or direction is unavailable, obtain a fresh Quote when service resumes rather than relying on an earlier display.
Successful execution records the debit and credit together. It does not itself broadcast a blockchain transfer. A rejected execution must not be treated as a completed trade. A completed exchange is not cancelled merely because a market price changes; a proven error or unauthorised instruction remains subject to investigation and any remedy required by law.
Withdrawals
Use an enabled route and a compatible recipient address with any required memo or tag. Format validation does not prove recipient control or token compatibility. Available Balance must cover the requested amount and configured fee, and route conditions must be met.
Creating a request reserves the amount and fee. An operator reviews and sends the transfer externally; submission or an operator message is not evidence of broadcast. Completion is recorded with the actual outgoing transaction ID. Rejection or cancellation releases the reservation once through the financial procedure.
Check History if a response is delayed or uncertain. Do not create multiple new requests for the same intended transfer. A pending request does not provide an unconditional cancellation right after broadcast. Report an incorrect destination immediately; blockchain transfers generally cannot be recalled.
Fees, precision and availability
Pricing adjustments are incorporated in the quoted receive amount. Withdrawal fees and minimums depend on the route. Review the transaction display and Fees & Limits before proceeding. Charges imposed by a sending wallet, exchange, Network or issuer are separate.
Amounts are subject to supported operation precision and may be rounded down. A residual balance may be insufficient for a new operation. No best-rate, universal fee-free processing or uninterrupted-availability promise is made. Catalog inclusion does not guarantee that deposit, exchange and withdrawal functions are all enabled.
Verification and restrictions
Do not use the service for fraud, theft, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, unauthorised access or other unlawful activity. Do not claim another person’s receipt, fabricate evidence or structure activity to bypass checks. Identity, beneficial-ownership, purpose and source-of-funds information may be required under the AML/KYC Policy.
Operations or access may be restricted where necessary to establish entitlement, protect security, address operational failure or meet an applicable legal requirement. Disclosure of reasons may be limited where unlawful or prejudicial to an investigation. A restriction does not itself transfer ownership of assets to Aldenex or extinguish a legitimate claim.
Errors and responsibility
Report missing credits, unexpected debits, duplicate requests or unauthorised activity with the relevant references. Keep transfer receipts. Investigation may require blockchain data, Ledger records and further evidence; a screenshot alone may not establish the facts. Do not knowingly spend an amount you believe was credited in error. Corrections must follow the authorised financial process and preserve the audit trail.
Networks, market-data providers and authentication or hosting services can fail, and manual handling can take longer than expected. No processing deadline or investment performance is guaranteed. You remain responsible for investment and tax decisions. These statements do not remove the operator’s responsibility for its own duties.
Nothing excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, a duty that cannot lawfully be excluded, or mandatory consumer remedies. No arbitrary monetary liability cap or blanket waiver is imposed. Responsibility for a disputed loss depends on the facts, causation and applicable law.
Complaints and disputes
Email support with your account and request or order reference, a description of the issue, relevant evidence and the outcome sought. Clarification may be requested to verify identity and understand the case. Telegram may help locate a case, but sensitive evidence should be supplied only through an agreed secure channel.
Complaints are assessed against the records and evidence, with an explanation of the outcome so far as disclosure is lawful. No guaranteed support deadline, ombudsman jurisdiction or alternative dispute-resolution membership is asserted. Making a complaint does not prevent use of statutory remedies or access to a competent court or regulator.
Closure, changes and contact
Request closure through support from your registered email. Outstanding requests, disputes and lawful restrictions must be resolved through the applicable procedures. Closure does not automatically cancel a broadcast transfer, erase financial records or forfeit a balance. A supported settlement route may need to be agreed if an Asset is disabled for new operations.
Revisions must be identifiable and communicated before taking effect where required by law. Operational changes do not retrospectively reprice completed exchanges or remove accrued rights. Nothing here displaces mandatory protections in your jurisdiction or predetermines an exclusive court for every dispute.
